Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $10 AUD for orders under $150 AUD. Please allow 3-8 business days for Standard Shipping.
On a regular day, we aim to ship orders within 24 hours.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for the most accurate delivery information.
Free Standard Shipping is available when you spend over $150 AUD in one transaction, via AusPost. Please allow 3-8 business days for Standard Shipping.
Express Shipping via AusPost is a flat rate of $15 AUD. Please allow 2-4 business days for Express Shipping.
During sales periods, purchasing express shipping does not mean your order gets packed quicker.
Orders are packed in the sequence that they are placed and during periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other sale, your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive.
Please allow anywhere from 2-5 days during a sale period for your order to be packed.
